'''Winomi the White Goddess''' is the sacred mother-goddess of a Papuan tribe ruled by [[King Kaliwani]] near the [[Castaways]]. Every eighth moon, Kaliwani and two of his men travel to a island west of their home island for a bride to sacrifice to their volcano god for prosperity. When they land on the island, both [[Ginger]] and [[Mary Ann]] resist being taken by Kaliwani and his men, but they change their minds when they learn of a chance to be rescued. [[Mrs. Howell]] joins in to be considered, but she's dismissed when it turns out she's married. Unwitting to surrender their women to be sacrificed, the men opt to impersonate women to get to the island, but [[Gilligan]] is the only one capable of pulling off a convincing female disguise. The men pass him off as "Gilliana," who Kaliwani ends up taking a liking to, ultimately deciding not to sacrifice and keep him as a wife. However, when Gilligan escapes, Kaliwani is spooked by his discarded wig and clothes and flees the island.<br />
